- Always make sure that there are no dirty dishes laying around
- Change communal dish cloths regularly
- Provide paper hand towels instead of actual fabric towels in the bathrooms

- Provide hand sanitizers in bathrooms and communal rooms
- Avoid eating at desks
- Add mandatory ‘Hygiene Signs’ in communal areas
